established his own agency in 1998 and now has five full
time employees and two part time employees working with

Phelan, a native of Waterford
City, was previously employed by the Bank of Ireland,
and took up a full time position in 1999 working in residential
sales. Deirdre is currently studying residential and land
agency in conjunction with the I.A.V.I. |

Mullen joined the John
Rohan Agency in 1999. Originally from Dublin and now living
in Waterford, she has 12 years experience working in a
legal practice. Phyllis is responsible for secretarial/reception
duties including the update of the website. |

Maher joined
the John Rohan Agency in 2003. She has 20 years secretarial
experience, having spent several years working overseas
and in Dublin. Mary is responsible for secretarial/reception

Coppinger joined the John Rohan Agency in June
2005. A native of Waterford city, was previously employed
in the printing industry and has 20 years experience in
sales. He is currently working in the area of both residential
